In the end, I still never got my refund. I reached out to support expecting some kind of clear answer, but it just kept going in circles. Every time I asked about the refund, it felt like they dodged the question or gave me another vague response. Frustrating experience overall.

I ordered from mmpgamers.com and, to be fair, the order did come through in the end. Everything was correct and nothing was missing, so I guess that’s the main thing, right?

The only thing that threw me off was the timing. It wasn’t super clear, and I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, so I checked in with support once. They replied okay, not instantly, but they did answer. Overall it was fine, just not perfect, and I’d probably say they’re reliable enough but could be a bit clearer with updates.

I don’t know, something about the site just felt a little off to me. Maybe I’m being overly cautious, but I didn’t feel comfortable using it, and I probably wouldn’t trust it again.

The instructions could have been clearer , and I ended up changing my password afterward just to be safe . It worked overall , but I wish the account safety part felt a bit more reassuring

If a company posts specific product info, they should stand behind it or at least take responsibility when it’s wrong. it ended up being more hassle than it was worth for me.

I was trying to pay with my card, and for some reason the payment page just made me feel uneasy. I’d been placing the order after dinner while half-watching TV, so maybe I was already a bit distracted, but it still felt a little off to me. Nothing necessarily went wrong, I just didn’t feel totally comfortable entering my card details there.
